What’s Included
Your site includes the pages and features listed for your package on our Websites page on the day you order. More pages or features are quoted separately before any work starts.
Price and Payment
Half of the website price is due when you order and the other half is due when your site goes live. Work starts when the first payment clears. The year-end price applies only to orders placed by December 31st, 2026.
What We Need From You
You provide your logo, photos, page text (Starter Website), and any logins we need, such as your domain or Google account. The project timeline starts when we have them. If we’re waiting on you for more than 60 days, we may close the project, and the first payment is kept for the work already done.
Review and Launch
We send you the site to review before it goes live. You’re responsible for checking the content and making sure everything works the way you want. Two rounds of changes are included, and more are quoted. Your site goes live when you approve it, and the second payment is due then.
Hosting
Managed Website Hosting starts when your site goes live and is billed on the 1st of each month. Your first invoice covers the rest of the launch month, plus the next month if your site launches after the 15th. Your first invoice and the next 3 monthly invoices are at $4.95 +tax a month, and after that hosting is $49.95 +tax a month until you cancel. Your card is charged automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your client area.
Ownership
Once both payments are made, your content, logo, photos and domain belong to you. Themes, plugins and tools we use stay under their own licenses.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as stated in our Terms of Service.
Liability
Our total liability for the website project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not responsible for lost business or other indirect losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
